Thank you for choosing to listen today.
Speaker 1:
When you’re craving coffee, where do you typically think to go? Starbucks maybe, or what about Scooters? Both of them are excellent options and seem to be the go-to places for some energy in the mornings. However, today we’ll discover ours and others opinions on the drinks.
Speaker 2:
Freshman, Olivia Ealy tells us her thoughts on the topic.
Speaker 1:
Which place do you like better?
Speaker 3:
Scooters or Starbucks? Starbucks. Why? Because it has more of a variety and you can get very different variations of drinks, a more variated drink.
Speaker 1:
What is your favorite holiday drink from Starbucks?
Speaker 3:
Or have you had any? I haven’t had any from Starbucks, but I got one from Scooters. Okay. What was it? The sugar cookie
Speaker 1:
Latte. And it was good. Here I have the caramelicious from Scooter’s coffee. I think it’s a pretty good drink. It definitely had a lot of caramel aspects and it was definitely a little bit cheaper than Starbucks and I noticed that the amount of coffee that I was given was more than Starbucks and they even wrote a little inspiring message on the top of the lid. So personally, I think Scooters takes the win here.
Speaker 2:
Here I have from Starbucks, the Carmel Brule Latte. The size jump between scooters and Starbucks is definitely big. And how much I paid for mine in the size grande was 6.75. Megan paid 5.95 for hers and hers is bigger.
Speaker 1:
So we both ordered the same drink
Speaker 2:
And size.
Speaker 1:
We think Scooters won.
Speaker 2:
What other prices of the drinks that you usually get? Like about $9. Okay. Do you usually get coffee or more of a refresher?
Speaker 3:
I’m at Starbucks. I usually get more of a refresher, but it really depends on the mood that I’m in.
Speaker 2:
Which is better?
Speaker 3:
Probably the coffee.
Speaker 2:
Why do you think this is better?
Speaker 3:
Because it gets you pretty caffeinated and
Speaker 1:
It could have a lot of flavors in it. Thank you Olivia, for your personal thoughts today, and we’ll see you next time on EagleAir Radio. This is Megan
Speaker 2:
And Maddie reporting. Thank you for tuning in.
